    Clarkspur is trying to offer a Clarkspur proprietary DSP Core technology for very low end, low cost application, encouraging the users to modify or add any necessary hardware to the original DSP designs for their applications. Clarkspur helps these customer oriented modifications at additional cost. We often design the first application chip of the customers with their engineers. Clarkspur is an independent company solely owned by its founder, and has no specific business relation with any entity.

  • License Type

    The license of the CD2470A,80A,90A DSP Cores come in only one type.
    • Non-exclusive
    • Non-transferable
    • With the right to modify
    • Perpetual
    • Worldwide
    • No-Royalty
    • Paid-up (One time Fee)
    This means "Once you pay the license fee, it's yours except that you can not sublicense it.".

    Deliverables for CD2470A,80A,90A License Transfer

    The license comes in any combination of the following deliverables depending on customer's requirement.

  • CD24x0A Synthesizable Verilog HDL Source Code.
  • CD24x0A Major Instruction Timing Diagram.
  • CD24x0A Logic Simulation Test bench, Simulation result in ASCII File.
  • CD24x0A Light Test Vector in ASCII Format. (Given as a DSP program form)
  • CD24x0A Control Logic Equation Design Resource Tables.
  • CD24x0A Evaluation board (USB I/F).
  • CD24x0A High Speed Simulator Control program.(VB6 based, used with EV board)
  • CD24x0A Assembler, Dis-assembler with Source Program. (VB6 based)
  • CD24x0A Evaluation chips (FPGA based.).

     

    CD2470A, CD2490A and CD2490A are licensed in the same condition.
